The winners of the EGR Awards 2021 are already known
The winners of the most prestigious awards in the igaming industry have been announced at a ceremony that took place in London between the 6th and 7th of July. The EGR B2B Awards are like the Oscars of the sector. One more year there has been no luck for our nominated representatives. Both MGA Games and R. Franco Digital have left empty-handed. The developers Red Tiger, Evolution, Relax Gaming or the payment method MuchBetter have been among the winners.

This year, and despite the restrictions still in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the EGR B2B Awards 2021 ceremony wanted to give a step towards normality and it has taken place in a hybrid way: with a digital ceremony on the 6th and 7th of July and a face-to-face event at York Lawns, London, during the evening of the 7th. The last year the awards ceremony was entirely digital.
Disappointment for MGA and R. Franco
In 2020 MGA Games had been nominated in the category of innovation for mobile . Red Tiger would take the cat to the water on that occasion. But this year there were reasons to be optimistic. MGA Games celebrates its twentieth anniversary and there would be no better way to celebrate than with a prestigious award at the EGR Awards.
The judges did not want to see it that way and in the category in which the Spanish company was nominated as a mobile technology benchmark: Mobile Gaming Software Supplier , the award went to NetEnt .
A. Franco Digital has also had no luck with the nomination this year , then in the category of casino software provider the winner was Relax Gaming , which has also taken the accolade for the best bingo and poker provider. Relax Gaming is a Finnish developer with operations in Estonia, Sweden, Serbia and Gibraltar.
MuchBetter, an innovative solution at the EGR Awards
